![]() The Children's Dream Catcher Garden is located north of Centralia, Illinois. In December 2002, the All-Nations Dream Catcher was constructed from copper tubing and parachute cord to withstand the elements. The weaving was done at a workshop a few miles away and a step ladder was used to weave the 10-foot diameter dream catcher. The dream catcher was delivered to the park area by a pick-up truck and hoisted into the oak tree to be used as the Star of Bethlehem over a creche scene. Owner Dr. Marya Mann and I refurbished the 15-foot dream catcher seen in the back ground as well as the smaller dream catcher seen in the center of the photo in the distance. People in the region were invited to visit the display at Christmas that year. Digg, Reddit, Propellor, Stumble and more |
