Needville, Texas still doesn't understand Native American
rights are guaranteed in the US Constitution, in the Native American
Religious Rights Act, and in common sense. The school administration is
stuck in whiteman's definitions of what is religious, a Sunday sort of
thing, with a church, hymn singing, you know....
They don't see how long braids are part of the spirituality
of Indians and in the old boarding school days hair was cut off because the
whiteman's purpose was to force the Indian children to relinquish their
Indian ways for the ways of the whiteman. It was a form of cultural
cleansing that was intended to accomplish what murderous ethnic cleansing
could not when that came to be seen as repugnant to a the new liberal,
democratic republic, the united States of America.

I woke up Sunday morning
(Father’s Day) with a silly limerick running through my head. It was a
satirical comment on how Boobus Americanus is so willing to give up
liberty in return for the false hope of security against terrorism. I
couldn’t get it out of my head so, after dinner, I began to play with the
words and eventually produced a first draft. Because satire often
communicates an idea more forcefully than dull documentation and logical
argument, I am publishing it to see if it has any such utility. I hope you
will find it useful with your friends who don’t yet get it.
It’s more than mortal man can bear.
Those terrorists are everywhere:
on land and sea and in the air.
Network TV bill of fare
daily warns us to prepare
for bugs and bombs and poison air
and other things enough to scare
the bravest man to deep despair.
They hate our liberty, or so we’re told,
our way of life so uncontrolled,
our rich, our poor, our young, our old.
I guess their hatred just takes hold
and burrows in and makes them bold
enough to kill and die and spend their gold
and set in motion plans untold
to get us ALL, … or so we’re told.
Seems strange to me they don’t resent
the other guys who represent
a way of life with free consent
or those who are benevolent.
The only ones they seem intent
to devastate to great extent
are those who’s aero-planes were sent
to bomb their homes with such torment.
Never mind, the war will stay.
We’re going to fight this all the way.
But there’s a price we have to pay
to keep the enemy at bay.
Let our leaders take away
our lives and liberty TODAY,
and then our fears will go away
that they’ll be lost some future day.
My phone is tapped. My mail is read.
They know the thoughts inside my head.
The money I deposited
is now reported to the Fed.

An Attack on Liberty: Liberty Dollar Offices Raided and Ransacked

I sincerely regret to inform you that about
8:00
this morning a dozen
FBI and Secret
Service agents raided the Liberty Dollar office in
Evansville.
For approximately six hours they took all the
gold, all the silver, all the platinum and almost two tons of
Ron
Paul Dollars that where just delivered last Friday. They also
took all the files, all the computers and froze our bank accounts.
We have no money. We have no products. We have
no records to even know what was ordered or what you are owed. We have
nothing but the will to push forward and overcome this massive assault on
our liberty and our right to have real money as defined by the US
Constitution. We should not to be defrauded by the fake government money.
But to make matters worse, all the gold and
silver that backs up the paper certificates and digital currency held in the
vault at Sunshine Mint has also been confiscated. Even the dies for minting
the Gold and Silver Libertys have been taken.
This in spite of the fact that Edmond C. Moy,
the Director of the Mint, acknowledged in a letter to a US Senator that the
paper certificates did not violate Section 486 and were not illegal. But the
FBI
and Secret Services took all the paper currency too.
The possibility of such action was the reason
the Liberty Dollar was designed so that the vast majority of the money was
in specie form and in the people's hands. Of the $20 million Liberty
Dollars, only about a million is in paper or digital form.
I regret that if you are due an order. It may
be some time until it will be filled... if ever... it now all depends on our
actions.
Everyone who has an unfulfilled order or has
digital or paper currency should band together for a class action suit and
demand redemption. We cannot allow the government to steal our money! Please
don't let this happen!!! Many of you read the articles quoting the
government and Federal Reserve officials that the Liberty Dollar was legal.
You did nothing wrong. You are legally entitled to your property. Let us use
this terrible act to band together and further our goal – to return
America to a
value based currency.

The
Compassionate Conservative – A Nation without a Conscience?
 According
to former senator, Paul McLean, Liberal Minister for Environment
Malcolm Turnbull has repeatedly refused to meet with a constituent whose
wife had fallen into a coma after the criminal fraud of the deregulated
banking system. Geoff Dwyer’s wife died 18 months ago after 17 years in a
coma. The Dwyers had been caught up in the bank fraud known as Foreign
Currency Loans that destroyed many lives and healthy businesses since the
1980’s. Turnbull is a “former” merchant banker with Goldman Sachs and he and
his wife Lucy, former Lord Mayor of Sydney, cater to the heavily Jewish
demography of his electoral district in Wentworth.
Evan Jones,
retired professor from the University of Sydney School of Economics and
Political Science has written extensively on the effects of bank
deregulation and the fraudulent bank practices that followed. He has
published a paper titled, The Foreign Currency Loan Experience in 1980s
Australia: Dwyer v Commonwealth Bank of
Australia.
Dr. Jones lays the groundwork for his study in the following abstract:
In the early 1980s, in the first flush of financial deregulation,
three of
Australia’s
four major banks embarked on a strategy of marketing loans denominated in
foreign currencies to small businesses and farmers. Devaluation of the
Australian currency, especially against the Swiss franc, saw an escalation
of principal owed in Australian dollars by such borrowers. The resulting
crisis produced a wave of litigation against the banks. Some of the court
judgments favoured the borrowers, albeit these judgments were in a minority.
Legal precedent, judicial culture and the superior resources of the banks
proved formidable obstacles to borrower success in the court system, not
least against the Commonwealth Bank of
Australia.
This paper examines the judicial experience of one litigation in particular
– that of Dwyer & Anor v. Commonwealth Bank of Australia. The thrust of
Dwyer, although not identical, is representative of the experience of
foreign currency loan borrowers in the Australian courts.
In February
1991, Paul McLean, Senator from New South Wales, tabled the infamous Westpac
Letters making them public record. Australia’s largest law firm had told
Australia’s
largest commercial bank that certain documents regarding the Foreign
Currency Loan scandal were “very damaging,” that “All those reading this
letter should read these documents – they are devastating.” Confronted with
a highly embarrassing release of the Westpac Letters, Treasury Minister
Keating sought to channel the scandal into the Martin Inquiry, headed by MP
Stephen Martin.
The Westpac
Bank had been “unable to find them” but insiders at the bank released the
documents which were then included in the 3,000 pages presented by Senator
Paul McLean, Barristers James Reston and Frank Galbally. One of the most
highly respected legal minds in Australia, Frank Galbally had described the
Westpac Letters and the accompanying documents as the most incriminating he
had seen in his 50 years in criminal law. He had advised Senator McLean that
it was his duty to table the Westpac Letters with accompanying documents.
Without reading
the Westpac Letters and the accompanying documents as Allen, Allen, Helmsley
had urged in their correspondence with Westpac, Stephen Martin told the
Society of Economics in Sydney that “McLean’s allegations are outrageous….he
must put up or shut up. (SMH 19 March 1991)…an implication that was simply
not true. Stephen Martin later wrote his dissertation on the deregulation
of the banks as a ploy of his Labour Party to “modernize”.
President of
the Senate, Kerry Sibrra opposed the tabling of the Westpac Letters.
Opposition leader John Hewson, formerly a banker, had the Westpac Letters
returned to Senator McLean unopened. All of the senators had been served
their copies and did nothing.

wrote:
During the 1980s many stories about unpleasant consequences
of financial deregulation slipped by unnoticed. Despite this general media
euphoria, a few journalists did adopt a more critical approach. One of them
was Sydney Morning Herald reporter Anne Lampe who persisted with the story
of how major Australian banks had mismanaged the selling of foreign exchange
loans.
That story was confined to the business pages until two devastatingly
revealing letters to the Westpac bank from its own lawyers, Allen Allen &
Hemsley, were leaked to Anne Lampe in early 1991. The letters discussed the
bank's mismanagement of its foreign loans and provided advice on how it
could best avoid repairing the damage it had done to its customers. When the
SMH published details of the letters, the Westpac Bank spent thousands of
dollars seeking injunctions against a number of publications in
jurisdictions in and outside of
Australia.
The train of events that followed became known as the Westpac Letters
Affair. This story was to challenge the relationship between parliament and
the judiciary and the right of the public to be informed not only about
banking malpractice but of what occurred in their parliaments.
This story is
still a challenge to the banks, government, courts and the media. Today we
await the publication of the latest in journalism at the Sydney Morning
Herald. We shall see how well mainstream media serves the public interest
and whether they will be silenced, too. This is a test. There is no way out
but through. Paul McLean is back to expose bank fraud … and he’s not alone.
And Malcolm XXX
is not alone in his indifference to his responsibilities written in the
Ministerial Code of Conduct pursuant to Section 9 of the ICAC Act. When each
new parliament is elected, its members and senators have the duty to see
that the nation’s statutes are enforced and that a just economy is
maintained. They have uniformly failed save a small handful of honest men
and women who have been moved by their conscience. Frank Galbally died and
his law firm no longer supports justice for bank fraud victims. Judge Andrew
Rogers who in the past told the Sydney Morning Herald of the injustice of
the banking fraud now claims to have never done so. Paul Keating is treated
as an elder statesman after an infamous career as Treasurer and Prime
Minister of Australia. People on the forex trading floor at Westpac remember
his many calls to them seeking to follow the progress of their currency
exchanges. When a Royal Commission was requested by Senator McLean, he opted
for the more controllable banking inquiry headed by the ambitious Stephen
Martin. Martin was made Speaker of the House following his infamous coverup
in the Martin Inquiry. His committee hid the Westpac Letters from public
discussion and scrutiny.
Malcolm XXX has
shown the same attitude as the Federal Ministers for Justice, the Federal
Attorney Generals, the Australian Federal Police, the Victorian Fraud Squad,
the New South Wales Fraud Squad, the National Crime Authority, the
Australian Securities Commission, and the Governors and Directors of the
Reserve Bank. In each case they were careful to avoid reading the
“devastating” incriminating attachments so that they can claim that they
have seen no hard evidence.
This is not
just an Australian problem. It’s a global problem. It was only in Australia
that a few conscientious whistleblowers in the banking industry have had the
courage and conviction to expose the criminal corruption in which they were
mired. Deregulation of the banking industry began about the same time in the
USA and probably in other parts of the world as well. It was and IS part of
a global plan for global domination. Some call it a “New World Order.” Men
such as George HW Bush, for instance. Malcolm XXX is being groomed to be the
next Prime Minister following on the primped up Kevin Rudd. Rudd will carry

Jerusalem
In anticipation of the American-sponsored peace conference next month
between the State of Israel and the Palestinian Authority, certain Modern
Orthodox Jewish groups, including the Orthodox Union, the National
Conference of Young Israel and the Rabbinical Council of America, have
joined forces to protest against any potential Israeli concessions on
Jerusalem. They "respectfully remind the American sponsors that
Jerusalem is not merely a piece of territory. Since Biblical times
Jerusalem has been and remains central to Jewish faith and
practice." Rabbi Pesach Lerner of Young Israel stated that "world Jewry
opposes Israeli negotiations which would include any discussion of ceding
sovereignty over part or all of
Jerusalem."
This militant Zionist position does unfortunately represent Modern
Orthodoxy, a movement that is characterized by Jews bending Jewish law to
fit their modern agenda. However, it is inaccurate to say that it
represents world Jewry. World Jewry includes hundreds of thousands of more
traditionally Orthodox Jews who do not see any inherent value in Jewish
sovereignty over
Jerusalem or any other place. Most of these Jews, in fact, see the
Zionist occupation of the Holy Land as a terrible sin and a misfortune.
Rabbi Hersh Lowenthal, spokesman for True Torah Jews, explained the
traditional Jewish position. "Jews recite in their prayers, 'Because of
our sins we were exiled from our land, and we are unable to ascend, appear
and bow before You in the Temple.' We affirm that the exile was a Divine
decree, and that during exile we have no right to sovereignty over the
ancient Jewish holy sites. The Talmud (Kesubos 111a) forbids Jews to wage
wars or take over the Holy Land; we must only wait for the Messianic era,
when G-d will bring peace to all humanity. These principles, which were
once clear to all Jews, have apparently been forgotten by the Modern

Torah Jews praise the efforts of
President Bush and his administration to bring about peace in the
Middle East. The Torah teaches that Jews must maintain a peaceful
relationship with all nations among whom they live. To use the Jewish
religion as a reason to oppose peace is nothing less than a falsification
of Judaism.
We continue to pray for the safety and security of all Jews and
non-Jews in the Holy Land.

This seems notably deficient as a manual to
resist martial law in several significant ways:
1. Voting machines and the electoral
process have already been compromised and co-opted
2. Political action has been
foreclosed by the above and therefore has little advantage for those who

3. Publicizing the Depopulation matrix’s
existence and attacking the constitutionality and legitimacy of its
component false flag “laws and Executive Orders” at every opportunity in
every available arena is a pre-martial law action that is too late once
martial law is established.
4. Creating community phone and email trees
to coordinate information and resistance would come to naught merely by
the control of the telephone lines. In New Orleans this was one of the
attempted control measures by the martial law authorities.
Hurricane Katrina was an exercise in martial
law in the US. It failed in many ways to do what the people would have
expected of their government but it succeeded marvelously as training and
testing of the means by which martial law might succeed and be sold or
disguised by the disgusting corporate media. There must be far more
foresight in planning to resist martial law.
People must learn who they are and who they
are not. They must choose to live in reality instead of the Matrix. They
must understand the difference between our government statutes or community
ordinances which are the "color of law" not truly LAW. Jesus pointed to this
in Romans 13 wherein it is told that he suggested that we look at the image
on a coin and he asked who that was. The reply was that it was the image of
Caesar. So he said, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and unto God,
that which is God's." Carefully scrutininzed it can be seen that Caesar's is
the mere image or "color" of authority. Therefore, that which is Caesar's is
imaginary and only that which is God's is Real.
There are preachers and other propagandists
for the pretended authority who have used this imagery to legitimize
authority for their earthly rulers to give them a divine right to rule,
whether monarchy or parliamentary. They've missed the mark and misconstrued
the meaning of the statement. Who created the silver or gold? Caesar? A mere
image of authority is not real authority. Who created the silver or gold of
the coin? The Creator was God, not Caesar.
The Martial Law Civil Defense Manual must
include not only preparedness but a carefully laid plan that would help
people remain free by resisting challenges to their freedom. Those
who resisted the Soviet regimes would have much to share with us on now to

Today's English Colonies Reveal their

The international community, through the UN
General Assembly in New York, has
adopted the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples,
despite high-profile opposition from the United States of America, Canada,
Australia and New Zealand.In
a joint statement
in May 2006, the United States, Australia and
New Zealand had rejected the assertion that aboriginal people have the right
to "self-determination," saying it was inconsistent with international law.
Although non-binding, the declaration sets out
global human rights standards for indigenous populations. Article 26 of the
UN declaration states: "Indigenous peoples have the right to the lands,
territories and resources which they have traditionally owned, occupied or
otherwise used or acquired."
In his address to the General Assembly before
the vote, Canada's UN ambassador, John McNee, said Canada had "significant
concerns" over the declaration's wording on provisions addressing lands and
resources, as well as another article calling on states to obtain prior
informed consent with indigenous groups before enacting new laws or
administrative measures.
How much clearer need he be in declaring that
indigenous people of Canada do not have a right to their lands? He speaks
for the invader, the usurper, the pirate of other people's properties. He
speaks for the privateer enterprise that is the British Empire.
McNee said that article of the document is
"overly broad, unclear and capable of a wide variety of interpretations." He
feared that it could lead to the reopening of previously settled land claims
and existing treaties. In other words, he would be unwilling to correct the
unjust contracts of the past.
 Indian
Affairs Minister Chuck Strahl said Canada opposed the declaration
because it lacks clear guidance for implementation and conflicts with the
existing Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which the government
believes already protects the rights of aboriginals. He claimed that the
government supports the spirit and intent of the declaration, but could not
support the "last-minute" amendments it said were made at UN meetings
without Canada's participation. For the past year Canada has aligned itself
with such countries as Russia and Colombia in its bid to derail the
declaration.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper had earlier expressed his concerns about the
language of the document.
Harper said,
"We shouldn't vote for things on the basis of
political correctness; we should actually vote on the basis of what's in the
document,"
However, human rights and aboriginal groups
claim Harper's Conservative Party launched a well-financed campaign to
derail the declaration and undermine a process supported by the previous
Liberal government. The indigenous leaders say Ottawa is trying to keep
control of the vast resources on land claimed by aboriginal communities.
The government's argument that the
declaration goes against the Charter simply doesn't stand up, said Paul
Joffe, part of the legal team that has been trying to convince countries to
support the human rights of indigenous peoples. He said
We find that totally [incredible] because
the declaration expressly states that in the exercise of the rights, every
right has to respect the human rights of others.
There has never been a very clear explanation
of Canada's position.
 Assembly
of First Nations National Chief Phil Fontaine said the government
is betraying Canada's worldwide legacy as a protector of human rights by
going against a declaration Canadians helped draft.
"In our view, it's a stain on Canada's
reputation internationally," Fontaine told CBC News on Thursday in an
interview from New York. "In this case, Canada is blowing against the very
consistent position it has taken in the last few decades. … When they
decided to go against the thing that they had supported for so long, it was
inexplicable."
Fontaine noted the declaration does not include any form of aboriginal veto
and would not trump domestic law.
He said.
It's an aspirational document, neither
convention nor treaty ... We're talking here about minimum standards that
relate to our right to self-rule of our territories.
Although Strahl said the government is moving
ahead on "making an actual difference" in improving the daily lives of
aboriginal Canadians, instead of offering "empty promises and rhetoric" his
remarks established the intent of the Canadian privateers to retain control
of their booty and treat the indigenous people as a dependent class. He
cited Tory initiatives such as including First Nations peoples in the Human
Rights Act, improving water quality on reserves and providing a compensation
package for victims of residential schools. Giving the people the right of
self-determination doesn't fit into the plans for the land privateers.
"I really believe that they're afraid of that,"
said
Beverley Jacobs, president of the Native Women's
Association of Canada. "I think they're afraid of indigenous people having
some measure of control of our own processes, of our own institutions, and
dealing with our own laws within our own territories."
"It was a very happy occasion, on the one
hand," said Mary Simon, president of Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, who was in New
York for Thursday's vote. "But, also as a Canadian, there was also a sense
of disappointment because Canada voted against."
Simon, whose organization represents Canada's Inuit, worked with other
indigenous groups at the United Nations to draft the declaration during the
mid-1980s and early '90s.
Angus Toulouse, Ontario regional chief
said,
We feel that there's been sufficient
discussion, and let's get on with the declaration and let's have the
international community acknowledge the rights of the indigenous peoples.
Western Arctic NDP MP Dennis Bevington said
now that the majority of UN member countries approved the declaration,
he will push Ottawa to support it as well. "For us not to stand up for
aboriginal people around the world is really unfortunate," Bevington
said. "It harms our international reputation and it puts in doubt the
sincerity of our government in dealing with our own internal claims,
agreements and arrangements with the aboriginal people of this country."
Bevington also accused the federal
government of selling out to multinational businesses that want access
to resources on aboriginal lands around the world. Ole Simel, of Kenya,
suspects the real root of opposition can be traced to the lucrative
timber, minerals and other deposits that are on or beneath disputed
lands.
Documents released to Amnesty International under the Access to
Information Act show that the government fought the declaration despite
advice from its own officials in Foreign Affairs, Indian Affairs and
National Defence, all of them urging its support.
"Their argument that it undermines
treaties and agreements … is just not correct," says Les Malezer,
chairman of the Global Indigenous Peoples Caucus. "I think they're
making it up. It's not a legal opinion."
Jacobs said the newly passed UN
declaration can be used to advance First Nation self-government within
Canada. Simon said Inuit will use it to promote the ongoing enjoyment of
indigenous people's fundamental rights and the betterment of living
conditions in the Arctic. After all, isn't that fair and just? But the
historic privateers of land and sea are unwilling to relinquished their
illegal conquests and unjust privileges. Royal pirates of the British
Empire they remain in word and deed.
But note how the UN is held up as the
arbiter of peace and justice. Again, the Jew World Order stirs up
trouble among the people of the world by playing both ends against the
middle, the progressives against the conservatives. In the middle
are the people of the world who are persuaded to give up their freedom,
little bit by little bit, as the Jew World Order crocodile glides closer
and closer to its prey.
